Karlsson Catering

 

Mattias Karlsson, a highly skilled chef and restaurant part owner, contacted me as he wanted to branch out into the outside catering world.

 

Mattias' skill and passion, by his own admission, was in the kitchen creating fantastic food.

 

His food was truly exceptional and his experience in the restaurant trade acted as a great basis but he knew he needed help in many other aspects to make a proper success of his new venture.

 

After initial discussions we began working together to build his new business from the brand up.

The Challenge

 

...Mattias' food was of a quality to rival anything out there and the infrastructure he already had in place through his restaurant worked in his favour. On the other hand this was to be a completely self-financed lone-venture for Mattias, which posed him some problems. Not only was his budget fairly limited for what he wanted to achieve, so was his time. He was still working full time as head chef in his now part-owned restaurant while trying to set up his personal venture.
