Our team is committed to making your holiday with Snow Big Deal one you’ll remember for years to come and one you’ll want to experience again.  We let you enjoy your holiday the way you want and offer a range of services to help you do so.  You can take advantage of them as much or as little as you like. 

Inclusive Services

• Breakfast (served between 8-9am) – Continental Breakfast (consisting of a selection of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, croissants & pain au raisons) or a hot option such as Classic Eggs Benedict.
• Afternoon homemade cake and tea served at the chalet or brought to you with après ski drink.
• 4 Course Evening Meal (7.30pm) – Restaurant quality food served each evening, the perfect way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.* see our sample menus to the right
• A Selection of wines are included at the evening meal.
• Bubbles & Canapés from 6.30 onwards.
• Complimentary drinks facilities (help yourself)
• Ski guiding is available at your disposal please speak to Eddie on your arrival.
• Shuttle lifts around the resort.

What we can arrange

• Transfers to and from Geneva Airport.
• In-chalet ski fitting and hire to save you fighting through the crowds.  Get your skis fitted in more relaxed surroundings and get your holiday off to the best start!
• In-chalet treatments including massage.
• Advice and bookings for out of chalet activities such as dining out, ice-skating, snow mobile treks, torch-lit descent & fireworks display and a range of activities.  With several years of combined experience in the region if there’s something worth doing we’ll know about it!
• Ski and lift passes ready for you on your arrival.
• Ski school recommendations and bookings.
